Samuel E. Whitley
Mr. Whitley handles sophisticated corporate and securities matters for domestic and foreign businesses, such as public and private securities offerings, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Mr. Whitley also serves as outside general counsel to several publicly traded companies and investment companies. As a result, he works with senior management to create innovative solutions in a wide variety of business scenarios.
Mr. Burnett handles trials and appeals of business-related cases throughout Texas in both state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies. He has represented clients before the Texas Courts of Appeals, Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
