Samuel E. Whitley

Mr. Whitley handles sophisticated corporate and securities matters for domestic and foreign businesses, such as public and private securities offerings, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. Mr. Whitley also serves as outside general counsel to several publicly traded companies and investment companies.
